Because it's been a while

Another fun month!  We had a crazy fun house photoshoot...

And got to see what TWO Harpers would look like...hard to even imagine! We already feel so lucky to have ONE!
 




We had our first *of many* playdates with our friends Mikelyn & Kaydence

Kaydence is such a sweetie! We walked around Frederick and went to a super fun toy store, Dancing Bear, that is 100% battery free) HOW NEAT!  

 And got to meet this cutie!...Harper's friend Ava got a sweet little sister-   Adilyn Belle! 

  

Ava is such a good big sister!!!

My new favorite thing is her morning greeting...when you open the door she tilts her head right back and smiles up at you. It is the ultimate "Good Morning"

  

 
She still loves walks, bath time, music and dancing---and thumb/entire fist sucking!

Not much else to report this month except that we can't believe how fast time flies when you have a little girl to love!
 
We love her, and love you for loving her so much...

Harper's First Halloween was SPOOKtastic!

TRICK OR TREAT!   Well, it was certainly a TREAT spending Halloween with  our favorite little lion! Harper can't wait until she can enjoy a nice "lollitop" with her favorite cousin Carter...and NEXT Halloween SHE will have a little cousin to teach all her tricks to! How fun!

Maddie really enjoyed wearing her Halloween tutu and having her sister tug on her tail- though she was slightly annoyed nobody dropped any candy on the floor...sorry pup, maybe next year!

My mom says that my love for Halloween is in my genes! I have her and my Uncle Justin to thank for that!  I am SO ready for next year!  Carter taught me how to ring a door bell, and say Trick-or-Treat and Daddy already came up with a super awesome costume idea!

4 Months Old, Wawa Weekend and BIG exciting news!!

 


Has it really been 4 months since we brought our little pumpkin home? We can't believe it! Time is flying by and Harper is growing so quickly! This month there have been a lot of changes!

This month Harper has started rolling over (unassisted) from her tummy to her back.  She also found her voice and now has a funny laugh that sounds like a squeaky scream.

In other news, Harper has mastered the art of thumb sucking, something she has been trying to learn since she was 3 days old! Aunt Diane, we know you will be proud...though she usually pokes herself in the eye while sucking her thumb, and still prefers the all fingers in at once method!  

Wawa came for a long weekend and we had many fun adventures together!

 






We went to the Promenade in Havre De Grace and went for a nice walk along the water.

On Saturday the adventure continued with a trip to Lori & Ed's house! Harper liked the SPOOOKY spider (Ed loves Halloween just like Harper's Mommy)

Harper loves meeting new friends!---she cozied right up to Lori and laughed at Ed...they were instant friends!

Then Wawa said we were going to see Brennan and Harper was REALLY excited! Brennan is 6 weeks older than Harper and quite a cutie!
  

He shared his toys and showed Harper some new tricks! 





She met more new friends! 






And gave Danie a little practice! *Two days after our visit Danie & her husband Adam welcomed Sloane Elizabeth to the world!

Harper is excited for the many playdates to come with Brennan and Sloane

One last stop to Aunt Krugie's house! With an extra special bonus of seeing Jammy!!!

 

 What a fun weekend!! We are loving this Fall weather! Pretty trees, crisp air...It's finally SWEATER WEATHER!!! We are loving this pretty sweater made by Grandma Happick! 









Soon Grandma will have to get working on some matchey matchey sibling/cousin outfits...because we just got some exciting news...in May Carter will be getting a baby brother or sister and Harper will be getting a brand new cousin!
